Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 April 2026
1. Introduction
MeRP ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our unified CRM + ERP platform and related services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Account Information: Name, email address, password, and profile picture when you create an account.
- Business Information: Company name, industry, team size, currency, country, and other business details provided during onboarding.
- CRM + ERP Data: Contacts, deals, tasks, notes, activities, inventory, purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices you create and manage inside the platform.
- Communication Data: Messages sent through our contact forms, support channels, or the in-app AI drafting tools.
- Payment Information: Billing details processed by our payment partners. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the MeRP platform and its industry modules.
- Process subscriptions and send transactional emails.
- Send technical notices, updates, and support messages.
- Respond to comments, questions, and customer service requests.
- Monitor usage and platform health to improve reliability.
- Detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
- Personalise your experience — including AI-generated drafts that use your own record context.
4. AI Features & Your Data
MeRP's AI features (lead scoring, follow-up nudges, draft generation, deal predictions, insights) process the minimum context needed to produce a useful output — typically a single contact's record and its recent activity. We do not train external AI models on your business data, and prompts are not shared across workspaces.
5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors that help us operate — cloud hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and AI inference providers — under contract and with access limited to what is necessary.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to notice.
- With Your Consent: When you have given us explicit permission.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS/SSL encryption in transit, encryption at rest, daily automated backups, role-based access control, and audit logging. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to follow the principle of least privilege across our stack.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information while your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict processing of your data.
- Export your data in a portable format (CSV/JSON).
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@raccog.com.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
10. Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with third-party services such as Google OAuth for authentication and Google Calendar for task sync. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
